In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns, while managing PR efforts to promote visibility of our brands and to drive business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, media outlets, influencers, and key stakeholders to ensure our brand messaging is effectively communicated to the target audience.
• Develop and execute comprehensive PR and marketing strategies
• Plan, organise, and manage marketing campaigns, including digital marketing initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers, and bloggers to secure media coverage
• Generate press releases and other marketing collateral
• Monitor, analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing strategies in the F&B and lifestyle sector to identify new opportunities and best practices
Qualifications and Skills:
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in PR (agency or in-house) and / or marketing roles within the F&B and lifestyle sector
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand management, and PR strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content and present ideas effectively.
• Familiarity with media relations, press release writing, and media pitching.
• Strong analytical skills to track and evaluate campaign performance
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Highly adaptable and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, media personnel, and external stakeholders.
