Key Responsibilities
Talent Attraction
You will primarily champion our recruitment and outreach efforts:
• Execute group-wide end-to-end talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviews, offers and onboarding
• Identify and develop relationships with quality talent in the industry
• Pro-actively develop and maintain meaningful relationships with industry and academic partners and be in the know of industry trends and milestones
• Develop collaterals pivotal for talent attraction and employer branding
• Spearhead career fair activities
• Any other collaborative projects within and across teams
Performance & Learning
You will be exposed to elements of C&B in your involvement with Performance:
• Conceptualise the group's performance metrics
• Craft a performance feedback framework that relates to the desired culture outcome
• Manage and execute appraisals
• Develop a robust learning framework that supports the group's ambitions
• Curate learning solutions based on the learning framework
• Advise Heads of Department on development plans for their teams
• Review effectiveness of learning solutions
Who we are looking for
Required
• Minimally a diploma in human resources management, psychology or related studies
• Demonstrated understanding of local employment regulations
• Excellent communication, people engagement and analytical skills
• Enjoy being in a ever-changing, fast-paced hospitality scene
• Loves pushing boundaries and venturing into the unknown
• Grabbing the bull by its horns, taking challenges head on and not back away
Desired
• A certification awarded by the Institute for Human Resources Professionals (IHRP)
• Prior experience in talent acquisition, learning & development preferably in a hospitality setting
