Key Responsibilities
• Craft and serve the Slate beverage menu, from classic cocktails to house signature drinks, ensuring consistency and quality
• Participate in regular research and tastings, championing overall sensory experiences to ensure distinct and memorable products are created
• Interact with guests in a friendly and approachable manner, taking drink orders, providing recommendations, and creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations within the bar area
Qualifications and Skills
• Proven experience as a bartender in a similar setting is a plus; however we also welcome new but passionate faces!
• Good knowledge of drink recipes, preparation methods, and presentation
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills with a heart to serve
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain a positive attitude
