Lauren Pong

Digital & Customer Experience Executive

A defender of the customer, Lauren is responsible for user experience and quality management of Ebb & Flow’s customer-facing digital and e-commerce platforms. She also manages various touch-points and marketplaces, validating information integrity and making sure that the customer is always heard.

Lauren started her career in marketing, working for several agencies and companies in Australia & Singapore, before making the transition into User and Customer Experience. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies, specialising in Marketing & International Business from The University of Sydney.

Lauren sees Ebb & Flow as an intersection of three of her passions: food, people and innovation. It’s here where she hopes to be able to contribute towards revolutionising what food means to everyone, sustainably.
