Ebb & Flow Group's Dark Kitchen Lab wins at SBR Technology Excellence Awards 2020
SINGAPORE (Singapore Business Review) Over 50 trophies to be handed out as awards format evolves into a digital studio.
As the city-state gradually reopens, Singapore Business Review, Charlton Media Group’s definitive magazine for Singapore’s business elite, did not let the crisis thwart the second edition of the SBR Technology Excellence Awards.
To keep everyone safe, the organisers made the quick decision to do it in a digital studio format, utilising the latest platforms to host the awards in an interactive fashion.
The SBR Technology Excellence Awards gives recognition to companies with the most disruptive products and solutions that have successfully transformed industries and business models, as a direct response to the changing needs and expectations of customers and clients.
Digital awards presentations and interviews were held on the week of 3-5 June, whilst studio awards presentations and interviews are scheduled on 16, 17, and 18 June. CMG’s managing editor, Paul Howell, will be on deck to present the awards and conduct interviews with the winners.
This year's nominations were deliberated by an elite panel that includes Daryl Pereira, Head of Cyber at KPMG; Cheang Wai Keat, Head of Advisory Services in Singapore and ASEAN Technology Consulting Leader at Ernst & Young; Chin Chee Choon, Advisory Leader and Assurance Director at Nexia TS; Partner and Acting Head of Intellectual Property and Technology Practice Group at RHTLaw Asia; and Carolyn Chin-Parry, Managing Director and Digital Accelerator Leader at PwC.
