Ebb & Flow is seeking an experienced, proactive and meticulous individual to join our Finance team as a Senior Accounts Executive, working with staff across all our brands and subsidiaries.
Your work will involve...
Assisting management in the preparation and updating of financial statements, budgeting and forecast reporting to conduct business analyses, such as P&L, cash flow and cost-benefit analyses
Preparing, recording, analysing and reporting accounting transactions, ensuring the integrity of accounting records for completeness, accuracy and compliance with accepted accounting policies and principles
Conducting reviews of transactions for accounting treatment, funding and control considerations
Following and improving internal control procedures to improve accounting and reporting systems
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, auditors, tax authorities and corporate secretaries
To succeed in this role, you'll need...
At least 3 years of experience in an Accounting or Audit-related field
A degree in Accounting & Finance from a top tier university or polytechnic
Proven time management and organisational skills - Strong analytical skills and a meticulous attention to detail
The ability to work in a high pressure environment with tight deadlines
Fluency in English, Chinese is a plus - Familiarity with Quickbooks and other accounting software is a plus - Immediate availability is advantageous
