You'll work with...
Our HR & Administration team is responsible for managing all employee relations and benefits, payroll and contract management across the Group. Our team is looking for individuals who are passionate about bringing the best out in people.
Your work will involve...
Managing the office budget, handling general administration of expenses and claims and supporting basic accounting needs for our Finance team, including managing petty cash
Scheduling and coordinating meeting and travel arrangements for our C-Suite, teams and guests
Performing receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls
Managing company vendors and liaising with corporate purchasers to ensure basic office supplies: stationery, IT equipment, safety PPE etc.
Receiving and sorting incoming mail and deliveries, and managing outgoing mail
Assisting with office layout planning and office moves, if any, and with managing and maintaining IT infrastructure - Assisting in human resource system maintenance
To succeed in this role, you'll need...
At least 3 years of work experience in an administrative or office management role
Great organisational skills with the ability to thrive in a demanding environment whilst juggling multiple priorities
Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues, honesty and reliability
To be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google, and able to comfortably use software tools such as Airtable, Dropbox or Notion
A fun, outgoing personality with a positive energy and the ability to inject creativity into our growing team - Excellent communications skills in English, both written and spoken. Chinese fluency is a plus.
