Ebb & Flow Group is looking for an HR & Admin Executive who will be responsible in a wide spectrum of human resource, payroll and office administration.

As part of your new role you will...
Manage end-to-end Payroll, CPF submission, Tax Clearance for foreign employees, year-end IR8A Forms submission.
Manage employees’ benefits, including leave management.
Handle work pass applications, renewals and cancellation
Any other administrative tasks related to the working processes as per team operations and ad-hoc duties as assigned

To succeed in the role, you’ll need
At least 3 years’ experience in payroll and leave management.
Must be familiar with QuickHR system.
Good time management and the ability to multitask
High integrity to handle confidential information
Good understanding and knowledge of local labour laws and regulations
Possess good time management, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
