Key Responsibilities
• Manage, set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Oversee the preparation of all food items on the station, ensuring that they are prepared to the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation
• Assist with receiving stocks, checking and ensuring quality of ingredients used in cooking
• Monitor and order inventory when required
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Fuel your passion by cooking/baking/crafting best versions of our menu items
Qualifications
• Prior experience in fine-dining and/or European cuisine is preferred

Key Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional wine service to our guests, tailoring recommendations to guests’ needs and guiding guests through the wine selection process
• Oversee the purchase and management of wine inventory, specially curating a list of unique wines that complements the overall service and culinary direction of the venue
• Collaborate with our culinary team to create a list of wine and food pairing menus
• Maintain a deep knowledge of wine, including varietals, regions, and vintages
• Mentor and coach restaurant team members on wine knowledge
• Keeping abreast with the latest happenings in the industry, especially in the field of beverages and wines
Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a sommelier
• WSET, CSW or CMS qualifications preferred
• Able to lead in the creation and execution of wine and beverage menu within the restaurant
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Be bold, have a never-say-die attitude

Key Responsibilities
• Greet guests upon arrival and ensure they are comfortable throughout their visit
• Assist guests in making reservations or seating arrangements through email, phone call and reservation system
• Provide comprehensive information about the restaurant's menu, specials, and promotions
• Develop and implement innovative guest service standards and initiatives to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty, including guest recognition programs and surprise-and-delight experiences
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences, including amenities and services such as private dining, special dietary requirements, and personalized dining experiences
• Monitor guest feedback and respond to complaints or concerns promptly and effectively in a professional manner, including escalated issues
• Develop and conduct training plans for junior members of the guest relations team
Who we are looking for
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in the F&B/Hospitality industry with a proven track record of success in managing guest experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
